Our Trauma Informed Approach
At COPE Galway, we are committed to providing the best possible support to people community who use our services. That is why we have embedded a trauma informed approach to how we deliver services, how our teams work together, and in everything we do as a community-based organisation.
Trauma Informed Practice (TIP) is an evidence-based approach to working with people who have experienced trauma. Trauma Informed Practice helps us create safer, and more empowering environments for everyone we support and work with.
