Postage & Packaging

After we receive your order, we will prepare and dispatch to you within 24 hours of making the order.

Postage & Delivery times for orders from our online shop depend on your delivery address:

Is there any discount for multiple orders?

Collect in the shop – your order will be ready for collection the next working day.
Ireland – 3 working days after dispatch
Europe – 5 working days after dispatch
Overseas – 7-10 working days after dispatch

Additional items are charged at 5 euros each for post and packaging.

My order has not arrived – what should I do?

You should receive your purchase within three working days of placing your order if you are within Ireland (working days being Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays).

If you have ordered from overseas, please allow additional time. Overseas deliveries should arrive at European destinations within five days after dispatch, and worldwide within seven.

If you have not received your order within this time, please contact us so we can look into this for you and refund you if necessary.

My order has arrived but it was late

You should receive your purchases within the working days of placing your order as above. If your order took longer than this we sincerely apologise. Please contact us if you would like to discuss this.

My item is damaged or faulty

If your purchase arrives but it is not in the condition that you expected, i.e. it is damaged, faulty or not as described in the listing, please accept our apology and return it to us so we can resolve this for you.

Please let us know that you are returning the item by email or phone, contact details below. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of us receiving the item.

I have changed my mind about an item that I bought from you?

We offer a full refund within our 28-day returns period. This starts from the date that you received the goods. All goods must be returned in a saleable condition, see our returns policy.
