Tea Morning for Go Purple Day
Give a cup of hope and a pot of courage
Host a tea morning at work, home or in your community on Go Purple Day — Friday 29 April, and raise funds for domestic abuse services.
Go Purple Day is a joint initiative by An Garda Síochána and domestic abuse services nationwide, to raise awareness about domestic abuse and to support local domestic abuse services.
Support Go Purple Day by hosting a Tea Morning. Invite your colleagues, friends or family to come in something purple (purple clothes, shoes, hair, etc.), enjoy a cuppa together and make a donation.
One in five women experience domestic abuse in their lifetime. You can help to make Galway a safe place for women and children.
