This year, COPE Galway marks 60 years of unwavering service to our community.  
For sixty years we have worked at the heart of the Galway community, supporting people at some of the most vulnerable times in their lives.
We have supported people facing homelessness, domestic abuse, and the loneliness that can come with later life. We have been there in moments of crisis, but also in the quiet moments when someone simply needs to know they are not alone.
Today, that work has never been more needed.
 Homelessness in Galway is at crisis levels.  Domestic abuse continues to devastate lives.  Too many older people still face loneliness and isolation.  
COPE Galway staff and volunteers refuse to stand still in the face of these challenges.  We are committed to continuing our work - responding to urgent need, developing innovative services, and supporting people in their pursuit of a better life.  
A better life doesn’t start someday.
It starts with one moment of support, one open door, one person choosing to help. That person could be you.
