Christmas can be challenging for many of the people we support across COPE Galway homeless, domestic abuse and senior support services.
Every Christmas, we partner with Galway companies to provide vital support and bring hope where it is needed most.
Whether it is volunteering, sponsorship, Christmas hampers or other donations – your generosity will provide essential support to hundreds of children, families, single people and older adults.

Get festive for good. Put on your funniest, cutest, and ugliest Christmas jumpers and raise funds for COPE Galway.
Collect and donate food, gifts, toiletries and other items for food hampers for hundreds of families and individuals in our services.
Every year volunteer teams from Galway companies donate their time to help out with Christmas appeal and campaigns. From packing and delivering Christmas hampers, wrapping and tagging gifts, collections, events and more.
We are looking for Christmas hamper volunteers teams – teams of 5-6 people for a 3 hour shift, and volunteers to do 2-hour shifts at the COPE Galway Christmas market stall (16-22 December 2022).

The COPE Galway Christmas Swim has a 33 year legacy in Galway, involves thousands of swimmers and supporters, as well many more through awareness and coverage. Our event sponsors help cover event costs which means more fundraising and donation income goes towards providing vital services.
